Terms of Service

Reelwave is part of Banyan and is provided by Gim Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). You use it through your Banyan account, so the Banyan Terms of Service apply to your use of Reelwave. These terms add what is specific to Reelwave. If the two conflict on something about Reelwave, these terms win.

1. Your Instagram account

• You may connect only Instagram accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You must follow Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Meta's Platform Terms. Instagram can limit or remove content and accounts under its own rules; we cannot override that.
• Publishing depends on Meta's API. If Instagram rejects a post, is down or changes its API, a post may be delayed or not published. We show the status of every post so you can act on it.

2. Your content

• You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to provide Reelwave to you.
• You are responsible for what you publish, including captions, music, logos and the people who appear in it, and for having the rights to it.

3. AI-generated videos and Copilot

• AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. It may show text, logos, places or people that look real. Review every video and script before you publish it.
• Do not use Reelwave to make content that impersonates a real person or brand, misleads people about who made it, is sexual content involving minors, harasses anyone, or breaks the law or Instagram's rules.
• Label AI-made content where Instagram or the law requires it.
• Similar prompts can give similar results for other users, so AI output may not be unique to you.

4. Fair use

Don't try to get around usage limits, overload the service, or use Reelwave to send spam. We may pause features or accounts that put the service or other users at risk, and we will tell you why.

5. Early access

Reelwave is in early access. Features may change, and some may be added or removed as we learn. We will give notice before removing something you rely on, where we can.

6. Ending your use

You can stop using Reelwave and disconnect Instagram at any time. See data deletion to have your data removed.
